Cajun Swai

If you enjoy catfish, you'll love swai. This recipe is baked quickly for sensational flavor!

  • teaspoon dried thyme

  • teaspoon Bertoli Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • pounds swai fillets
  • 0.5
  • cup milk
  • Serves 4


    1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a shallow dish combine cornmeal, paprika, thyme, Cajun seasoning, celery seed, cayenne, salt and pepper. Dip swai fillets in milk, then dredge in cornmeal mixture, turning to coat well.
    2. Place swai fillets on baking sheet. Coat tops of fillets liberally with nonstick cooking spray.
    3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve warm.
