Shrimp Salad

This is a great substitute for chicken or tuna salad. And the tarragon and yogurt make it special!

  • cup finely chopped celery
  • 0.5
  • cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • 0.66
  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.25
  • teaspoon cayenne
  • 2
  • teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1
  • teaspoon finely chopped fresh tarragon
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Serves 4


    1. In a medium bowl combine shrimp, celery, bell pepper, yogurt, cayenne, lemon juice, tarragon, and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
